Dr. Daniele Jean

Associate Medical Director

Prior to joining the Premier team as Associate Medical Director in 2021, Daniele Jean, O.D. enjoyed her career as a clinical optometrist in many practice modalities for over 15 years. Dr. Jean graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Molecular Microbiology. After earning her Doctorate in Optometry from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, she completed a Residency in Primary Care at the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City.

The recipient of a National Eye Institute research grant at the University of Houston College of Optometry, Dr. Jean co-authored various articles published in optometric journals during her studies. Soon after her residency, she joined a high-volume multispecialty ophthalmology practice in New York City where she practiced for over 7 years where she also was an adjunct clinical professor until she moved to South Florida.

Dr. Jean spends her personal time with her husband and two school aged boys and enjoys volunteering with community based non-profit organizations.
