Premier Eye Care, which partners with health insurance companies to manage eye care services, plans to move from Delray Beach to Boca Raton.

Premier Eye Care has leased 20,000 square feet of office space at Arvida Park of Commerce’s Meridian Center to make room for its more than 100 employees and to allow expansion. The company expects to be completely moved by Sept. 1.

Premier says its new space will reflect the company’s culture, featuring a friendly work environment with collaborative space and areas for “individualized, highly focused work.”

C. Todd Everett of Marcus & Millichap represented Premier Eye Care in the deal, and Keith O’Donnell and Jonathan Senn of Avison Young represented the landlord, Meridian Center.

Premier was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Tampa.
